It feels like for ever since I last wrote a blog. So it time to get back in the program, and start it back up. I have created projectchrisdavis.com to help continue documenting my journey to get down to 200lbs after leaving Vermont and returning back to Atlanta.

When I arrived back into Atlanta, I quickly found my self completely overwhelmed. I had been away for five months, and I had moved all my stuff from my 2 bedroom apartment into a room in my friend’s house, a couple of days before heading to Vermont. While I was a way my house mates had taken the time to unpack some things for me so I had a nice room to come home too, and I can not tell you how great it was to come home too.

My first challenge was to get a new used car. In the Week one video from my Journey to Sparta, Where Joe talks about taking my car away. Well that is only partly true the full truth was the on St. Patrick Day one week after the Atlanta Spartan Race, I was involved in a mufti-car, car crash that totaled my 2008 Honda Element. After being hit by another drive on I-85 my car did a 720 in the air and hit several other cars before coming to a stop. Because I left for Vermont so soon after the crash I did not have time to replace it before leaving.
My next big challenge was trying to get back into the swing at work, I had been away from computers, databases, networks, and server farms, while in Vermont and I had to get up to speed again as fast as possible.
The biggest of these challenge was and still is time management, when I got home I tried to see everyone that I had missed while I was away, and still try to find time to workout. This is something I am still fighting I hope to have it under control soon, and I am starting to finally starting to get a handle on all of these projects.
